  Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Jawaharke village of Mansa district on Sunday, May 29. Last month, Sidhu Moose Wala had sparked a row after he targeted the Aam Aadmi Party and its supporters in his song ‘Scapegoat’. Moose Wala held a degree in electrical engineering. He had learned music during his college days and had later moved to Canada. Sidhu Moose Wala had contested this year's Punjab assembly election on a Congress ticket from Mansa and was defeated by AAP candidate Vijay Singla by a huge margin of 63,000 votes.

  The police have confirmed that social media influencer Lexian Williams, 20, is among three people killed in a motor vehicle crash on the North Coast Highway in Spring Hill, Trelawny. Williams, popularly known as 'Lexi D Bess', was being transported by 25-year-old Kenroy Smith of Hague in the parish when the Toyota Mark X motor car in which they were travelling crashed into a Toyota Voxy. The social media influencer, who is from Rio Bueno, Trelawny, had just been picked up by Smith. They were enroute to an event called Cook Out Vibes in Rio Bueno Square. The driver of the Voxy, Chris Codner, 30, of Exchange in St Ann also died.

New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara was arrested Sunday on a battery charge stemming from an incident alleged to have taken place at a nightclub on the eve of the Pro Bowl in Las Vegas. Kamara, 26, was taken into custody Sunday and booked at the Clark County Detention Center on a charge of battery resulting in substantial bodily harm, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said in a statement. He was arrested after playing in the game, where he made four catches for 23 yards for the NFC. Bail for Kamara, a top NFL running back, has been set at $5,000, according to booking records. The athlete is expected to make an initial court appearance Monday. Cheslie Kryst, the 2019 winner of the Miss USA pageant and a correspondent for the entertainment news program “Extra,” has died at age 30. Police said Kryst jumped from a Manhattan apartment building and was pronounced dead at the scene Sunday morning. Her family confirmed her death in a statement.   “In devastation and great sorrow, we share the passing of our beloved Cheslie,” the statement said. “Her great light was one that inspired others around the world with her beauty and strength. She cared, she loved, she laughed and she shined. Cheslie embodied love and served others, whether through her work as an attorney fighting for social justice, as Miss USA and as a host on EXTRA. But most importantly, as a daughter, sister, friend, mentor and colleague – we know her impact will live on,” her family said. Deadliest Incident For Immigrants  A truck carrying immigrants from mexico had a horrible accident . According to sources, there were at least 200 immigrants inside the truck trying to cross to USA . Unfortunately, this journey became their last as a result of a gruesome accident.  The truck with 200 immigrants in it, crashed into the base of a steel pedestrian bridge in southern Mexico .
